Apparently I'm not the only one who's paranoid

Conversation between me and Claudio, after he witnesses a discussion (?) between some of my lab mates.

CS: "Your lab is filled with intense people. I expect to come in some day and find out that one of them has snapped and has killed everybody."

Me: "Oh its not THAT bad. There's a couple of normal ones too. You know, like me."

CS: "Exactly. That's the scary part."

Me: "I don't get it."

CS: "I mean, look at you. YOU'RE the normal one. How scary is that?"

I'm not sure if I should be offended or not.
