Things I learned ten minutes ago:
If you're planning to be away from home for 5 days, it may be a good idea to take the trash out before. Especially if that trash includes chicken curry that you dumped last week.

Something I learnt ... when the potato rots don't throw it in the garbage can ... or your place will be crawling w/maggots the next day.
Basic solo living 101, K. FYI, if you ever own a cat, don't leave the used cat food tins round either. Or the cat for that matter. :)
